MF sound files:get feedback from DGr & GR; updated added 5 sounds; met w/GR to listen in the MF env.(exp.changes, wind fluctuations too freq.; too much panning, flying sausages; figure out threshold for crisp upper level sounds)

   1) Slides & Presentation for the conference
   2) Paper: Updated to version 6, need DGr's comments, feedback and edits.

SPIE Demo Preparation

   1) Computer - Alienware: Xin will take it with her in her luggage, need a proof letter from Diane for the US Customs
                          Question: I should also take the keyboard, mouse, and VGA/HDMI data cable and power cable with me, right?
                          Question: can I check in one luggage? Not sure if the machine could fit into the carry-on size.

   2) Display: Diane, we will borrow form Ari, right?

   3) Oculus Rift DK2: Xin could take it with her in her luggage, need a proof letter from Diane for the US Customs
                          Question: However, if the new one could not arrive before I leave, what should we do?

   4) Demo Unity software files: need the version that Diane wants to demo from Gill or Cheryl, which need to be attached and could work with the Oculus DK2's SDK.
   5) Postcards: how many do you want for each? (VMW, MF, Chronic Weahter)
      Question: do you want to make any changes or edits for the postcards?Also, which funding it would be from.

Affective Cloud INSTALLATION submitted to SIGGRAPH Art Paper. Send to ISEA? SCOLIOSIS Demo in Dec 16th. Next? BIBS/Embodiment Cognition Literature Review with DGr papers searched/printed, need time to go over each of them. Paper submission 1) HCI International: VMW Full paper deadline Feb 15; 2) HCI International: Chronic Weather Full Paper deadline Feb 15; 3) Design Principles & Practices: abstract accepted, submit a journal paper? deadline Feb 15; 4) VMW HMD study: submit to a journal paper when finished?
