MF sound files:get feedback from DGr & GR; updated added 5 sounds; met w/GR to listen in the MF env.(exp.changes, wind fluctuations too freq.; too much panning, flying sausages; figure out threshold for crisp upper level sounds)

VR HMD study at Dr. Squire's w/Dimple, ETHICS APPROVED!, sent time assessment (need feedback about study schedule in Dr. Squire's clinic from DGr, then Dimple can schedule w/Sasha). Study on Dec for 4 days?

CHI2015-PAPER-REBUTTAL Deadline Nov26, need DGr's feedback about our reviews.

'VR-VMW Ethics Renew give a reminder to DGr, it is expired soon and need to be renewed.

VR-MF Exhibition in SPIE The application form need DGr's review, the website we must submit and register before Dec 15th!

Lab Project Postcards Design done modification [need DGr's feedback], to be sent to print (10 for VMW 10 for MF?). Then send to Document Solutions (budget: CRC), schedule time.

GROMALA'S WEATHER WEARABLE arrange photoshoot w/Jeremy [email sent, have not heard back], diagrams [need a short discussion with Jeewon & DGr about the updated diagram]

GROMALA'S WEATHER INSTALLATION3D model was sent to Solid Space [earliest next Wed, thanks for DGr's approval]. Paper model done, working on installing fibre optics and use glue gun to generate raindrop effect.

SCOLIOSIS DGr sent Dr. Lauder Xin's list of videogame info; DGr will send ethics annotations [next step?]

VR Demos for new Oculus found VR demos that could be used in the new Oculus [a list of 6 VR demos, sent to DGr]

Paper submission a) In-progress Wearable for Aging people/Chronic pain patients -> Design Principles and Practices [proposal], Dec 5; b) In-progress Effectiveness of three data visualizations of activity data (FROM Lyn's class project, with 20 participants) -> CHI Work-in-progress short paper, Jan 5; c) Literature Review Theory review of (BIBS) for embodied cognition in VR -> SPIE [full paper], Dec 1(abstract) + Jan 12 (full paper). d) Future potential opportunity GROMALA'S WEATHER INSTALLATION -> [Siggraph 2015?];
